A Wedding and a Baptism

This week is going to be short because we had to wait for the computers. They were full.  It's crazy to see how fast everyone is growing up.  Ben was just 5 when I left and pretty soon he's going to be 7.  I can't believe Jacob is turning 15...that means he will be 16 when I get home.  We are all going to be fighting over the car haha.  I tried my debit card but I think is has to do with these foreign banks here. It's ok I don't need the money.

 

Well this week was good we found some new part member families, and we finished the week off with a baptism yesterday.  I will try to send pictures next week.  There was also a wedding on Saturday in the church.  The husband is not a member so we will be able to work well with him.  This week I do have some sad news, in zone class the zone leaders said that President said that we can't listen to Disney music anymore and that we can't watch movies that don't have the mark of the church (like 17 miracles).  Its all right though, I trust President Wright, and he's an awesome mission president.  Pretty sure he's gonna be an apostle one day.  I have also started to study the Doctrine and Covenants more.  There are some way awesome promises and doctrine in there.  Tomorrow I am going to study chapter 6 which explains a little about how to receive personal revelation.  Hopefully it helps me receive more revelation that can help our investigators.  I also love studying Preach My Gospel.  I will definitely continue to study it after the mission.  I have learned to feel the spirit like I never would have believed.  I can definitely say that the brethren were inspired when they came out with it.
