Happy Thanksgiving!

This week every single appointment that we had fell through. All the appointments that we had we just stopped by their house and they happened to be there. But all in all it was an alright week. We had a good lesson with the husband of one of our investigators. He really seemed like we helped him out and that he wants to change. Hopefully we can continue helping him and his family progress. We keep contacting people in the streets but we are having a real rough time with it. The people really just dont want anything, but we will keep trying, and hopefully we will find that one family that is really ready. We have an investigator that has heard the missionaries for over two years and was about to be baptized but couldn't go because of problems with work, but now she has fixed her work so that she can go on Sunday and she really wants to get baptized. We are going to be working a lot with her and make sure that she is completely prepared and then we should be good.  She also has two twins that are 1 year 8 months old, so they are alot of fun.
They say that it gets harder before it gets better so we just need to tough it out through the tough times to get to the hard ones.  Another one of the missionaries gave me a fantastic analogy that I love.  She said it is like Lord of the Rings.  In the battle of Helms Deep when they have almost all been killed and Aragorn says "Ride out with me one last time".  And so they ride out giving it there last effort and then when they almost lose all hope Gandalf comes over the mountain with a whole bunch of Rohan horse warriors.  Then they roast all the orcs and save the day.  So basically right now we are gonna ride out one last time and hopefully Gandalf comes riding out of nowhere with a bunch of his horse buddies and saves the day.  But until then we are going to keep riding.
I am glad that everyone had a good Thanksgiving.  We had a delicious Thanksgiving dinner and the Stake President is going to drop off a real Thanksgiving dinner at our house tonight so I am way pumped for that!  I will send pictures next week of our meals, but last Thursday we ate, well I forgot what it's called, but we each had 5 half zucchinis filled with rice meat and cheese, then 2 strawberry cream filled chocolate cupcakes, pumpkin pie and 2 liters of coca cola, amazing.

The sister that made it for us loves to cook and loves gringo recepies so if you could send me about a million that would be fantastic so that she could cook them for us.
Love Elder Nate Lee!!!!
