This week was a bit of a weird one. The whole week we were worried for Elder Hales but going about business as normal. Elder Hales had problems with his knee and President was deciding what to do about it. Then Elder Hales got the call that he was going home and he was really sad about it but he felt like it was ok because there was some time, but then he got the call he was leaving tomorrow and it kind of shook him. I know he's a strong kid though and that he will be able to bounce back.
Now we are in a trio and have two sectors which is really weird and hard at the same time. Elder Mendez has been doing a lot of divisions with priesthood leaders and will probably continue to do so. I think we will get a system down after a little bit but our work will decrease because we have to walk back and forth from sector to sector. I hope we can figure something out to fix it or at least make it better.
We didn't have an investigator at church yesterday and it was a little depressing. We have this family that I was sure were going to go. They seemed so excited to go and everything but they didn't show up. We are going to visit them later today and find out what happened and hopefully motivate them to go next week.
I forgot to mention like three weeks ago that I got the package that you sent me haha oops. It was awesome and I was so happy to get all the food. The pictures make me depressed though so I can't look at them, but thanks for them.
Today we went to a zoo and it was pretty cool. They had a lot of animals there. I am still working on the camera thing, sorry.
One other thing I wanted to mention were the greetings here. For guys they do a handshake a hug and then a handshake. And for the girls its a kiss on the cheek. So we have new people that meet us all the time that don't know that missionaries aren't supposed to kiss girls and so I've been kissed by a lot of new investigators here but we just explain to them afterwards that we aren't supposed to do it and then its ok.
Well that's all I got this week!!
Love
Elder Nathan Lee
